SUGGESTED ADULT USE

DIRECTIONS

Initially: Approximately 5 to 10 minutes before a main meal, dissolve contents of one packet (6 g) into 8 to 10 ounces of cold water (juice or other comparable beverage may be substituted). Stir vigorously (use of BIOS LIFE 2 shaker cup is recommended). Drink immediately. Additional liquid may be consumed.

After fiber adjustment: Once your system has adjusted, use as directed above up to 3 times daily.

NOTE: If your current diet is low in fiber, you may wish to introduce this product gradually by using one-half packet or 3 g per serving. It is recommended that any medication be taken at least one hour before, or four hours after, using Bios Life 2 to avoid impeding absorption. For the safe and effective use of this product, it should be mixed with at least 8 to 10 ounces of liquid, as the label directs.
